SHIPPING

We know you want your shoes or gear as fast as possible so we will get it out the door as soon as we can. Just because it's free on orders of $50 or greater, doesn't mean it should be slow, which it is not!

Free Shipping Details

Any shoes or combination of items purchased which total at least $50 will ship to you FREE via UPS Ground within the contiguous US. Ground shipping normally takes 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped on the next business day, so please plan accordingly.

Return Shipping

We probably shipped your shoes for free, so we might as well take them back for free. See returns below to find out how.

Shipping locations

Our free ground shipping program is limited to the contiguous states with shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and US off shore territories priced according to weight and location.

International Shipping

We wish we could as it would be cool to see our products in other countries, but as of now we are limiting our online sales to the USA.

Holiday Shipping

We are closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Anything purchased on one of these days may be delayed by a day and anything purchased after 2pm EST of the preceding day, may be delayed up to two days.

RETURNS

Thanks for shopping at Charm City Run online store! We want to make sure you have all the right gear so that you can achieve your running and fitness goals. So go ahead and try the shoes on the road, trail, treadmill or track and if they don’t feel right send them back and we will exchange them for you. We only ask that you use them for their intended purpose and, so we are on the same page, mowing the lawn does not count. Although our exchange policy is amazing, we still reserve the right to deny a request for exchange or refund if you used the gear to stomp grapes while making your own wine, cleaning out your horse’s stall or participating in a color run.  Even though color runs are technically running they are awesomely messy and, well, we think you get the point.

We also think it’s reasonable that, within 30 days, you’ll know if you like the stuff you bought from us so we’re going to make that the deadline to let us know if you don’t.  If you want to exchange your purchase keep reading and we’ll let you know how easy it is.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We know how miserable it is to go a few days without working out so let’s get you that new gear as quick as we can!  You can either bring the product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. If you send it back to us, we’ll pay for the shipping unless you are mailing it from outside the 48 contiguous United States. We won’t pay for your gas to drive to the store though. Sorry about that.  Either way, just follow these easy steps:

  • Email returns@charmcityrun.com or call 410-561-3570.
    • Let us know your order#.
    • If you want a refund (Charm City Run store credit only) or exchange.
    • Which item(s) you want to return or exchange.
    • If you want to exchange, what item do you want to exchange for?
    • The reason you would like to return or exchange the item(s).  (i.e. wrong size, didn't feel good, changed my mind, etc.)
    • Within one business day, if not sooner, we’ll email you a Return Authorization and a pre-paid UPS shipping label.

If you want to mail it back to us:

  • Place the item(s) you want to return/exchange back in the shipping box they came in along with a copy of your return authorization email.  If you are sending shoes back please put them in the shoe box they came in and then put the shoe box in the shipping box.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SHOE BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX.  IF YOU JUST TAPE UP THE SHOE BOX AND SEND IT BACK TO US WE WON'T BE ABLE TO ISSUE YOUR REFUND BECAUSE WE CANNOT RESELL THAT SHOE.
  • Tape the SHIPPING BOX closed.
  • Stick or tape the return label we sent to you on top of the shipping label already on the box.  The return label goes on the brown shipping box.  Make sure the barcode is visible and can be scanned by UPS.  We need that shoe box in as good condition as the shoes you’re sending back!
  • Write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the box.
  • Drop the box off at your nearest UPS store or drop box.
  • It takes somewhere between 3 and 5 business days for UPS to get your return back to us.  Once we receive it, we will process your return and credit your credit card for the purchase amount.  We will notify you of this via email.  It can take up to another 7 days to show up on your statement.

Fast exchange:

  • If you want to get your replacement item as fast as possible and while it’s still in stock, create a new order online.  Then send the original item(s) back to us through the above return process.  Keep in mind, your credit card will be charged for the new online order and then credited for the return once we receive it back in our warehouse.

Don’t forget to keep the tracking info as you will be responsible until we receive the items into our warehouse.

You are also welcome to bring your purchase back to any Charm City Run location.
